Patch 1.20.0 has arrived! Is Critical Ops going to change?

Patch Notes of 1.20.0 BETA released. Is Critical Ops going to be changed ? 

Critical Ops released it's latest 1.20.0 BETA patch notes  today (24-09-2020). Devs have introduced some new changes including the improvement in colors and lighting in the appearance of the game. 

 

Critical Ops had stated some global changes for the latest update. Have a look at these - 

Global changes

  • New occlusion system, fixed many reported “objects disappearing” glitches.
  • More objects are now penetrable.
  • Improvements to the underlying tech, aimed towards better performance.
  • Glass now properly adheres to aim assist and spotting. 
  • Improved player collision, for example less stuck spots
  • Fixed the majority of reported bomb stuck spots.
  • Consistent colors and lighting, regardless of quality level. 
  • Characters will now stand out a bit more. (Example in picture) 
  • Their rim color is now more visible, with the exception of Purify. 

As you can see how there is an enhance in the visual appearance of the game. Now let's look at the maps with the changes in it.

The changes in the appearance in the look of the maps are as follows - 

1) Brewery

2) Canals


3) Grounded


4) Legacy


5) Park 
This map looks to be more changed as the quality of trees had changed. 


6) Plaza


7) Port


8) Purify


9) Raid

All the maps have the changes except Bureau.

SHANTY map is going to be updated to fix the issue of bugs, improve performance and gameplay. 

Banned players will have a disclaimer tag in their profile. 
Banned players cannot join party. 
And rest are the same rules as it was before. 

Conclusion 


Let's hope that the next update will be great. As the previous ones are not liked by many players because of the screen ratio.
