New Defuse map - SOAR is here! Critical Ops Ranked Season 4 & New Match Making System.

New Defuse map SOAR released! Critical Ops is here to take you to another stunning location.

Critical Ops released a new defuse map today (26th October 2020) named SOAR. This map basically situated at the terrace of a building which is not that big space but enough for a defuse map. Also we have a McLaren 570s car (as you can see in the image)  Last time a map was released during the update 1.21.0 which was basically a TDM map and was well adjusted to the event (Taurus Project).

The map looks very cool and beautiful but the looks and design has been matching to a COD map. Well a new defuse map came out after a long time, the last one was probably the PORT map. 

Now let's talk about the new updates brought in the latest update 1.22.0!

The BETA 1.22.0 is available now on both Android and iOS. The best feature in the update is opening of multiple cases at one time. Have a look at these cool animations brought in the game.

# Case content preview is no longer available in the OPEN CASES section.

NEW RANKED SEASON

Ranked Season 3 is going to end on -- 

Ranked Season 4 will start when the new update 1.22.0 comes LIVE for non BETA users too and the Ranked matches will be unavailable in the BETA. 

Matchmaking Changes 

Developer updates- 

"You will no longer be able to play Ranked if the Rank among party members is too far apart. For example, a Spec Ops can not play Ranked if there is a Gold in the party.

This also applies to who you can play against. For example, as a Spec Ops, you can be matched with players from Diamond, Master, Elite Ops and other Spec Ops. Naturally, this also applies to lower Ranks. As a Diamond 3, matchmaking will go as low as Gold 3-4 and as high as Master 1-2.

Be aware that these changes might lead to longer queue times." 

Well this is a great decision by the developers because match making has been a problem faced by every player of lower ranks. As they have to face higher ranked team in a Ranked Match because of just one higher ranked player in their team.

Conclusion 

Well the latest update has made this game more amazing. Now, there have been a sign of having a new knife in the latest critical pass season 20 but we should wait till it become official because same thing was happened with critical pass 17 when a knife skin image was leaked and mentioned to be on the pass but it wasn't there. So, have patience for it and the next event Winterfest is approaching soon. 

IMPORTANT - 

Here, I want to mention something on our last post i.e., How to play Critical Ops on pc which actually became very serious because some players didn't want other players to play on pc because of fps difference and were against of it. They report the promotional post on Instagram too and the account was disabled. So, I just want to say that it was just to provide the method to the players and I make blogs on the interest of people and this was asked by many too.
